Black Business Ink will host the Power 100 Awards Ceremony at 7:30 p.m. on June 28 at the Steven Tanger Center for the Performing Arts, 300 N. Elm St., Greensboro. The Power 100 Awards Ceremony recognizes 100 of the most influential persons and organizations from across North Carolina in a variety of areas, including education, healthcare, political, religion and other professions. In addition to a stellar list of who’s who, the musical talents of ENVISION will entertain the crowd through evening while paying homage to Black history and Black recording artists with North Carolina roots, including the great Nina Simone, Shirley Caesar, among others  The Power 100 Awards Ceremony is the singular event of the 2024 State of Black North Carolina Conference. The conference was founded by Richard L. Williams in 2003 – the same year he launched Black Business Ink magazine. Tickets will go on sale in March.
